Virtual care is not appropriate if:

• You are experiencing severe abdominal pain or trouble breathing

• You need lab tests or imaging (e.g., X-rays)

• You need a referral to a specialist (e.g., gastroenterologist)

• You are experiencing ear pain or a possible ear infection

• You have uncontrolled mental health symptoms

• You are male and experiencing urinary symptoms

• You’ve had diarrhea for longer than 7 days

• You are pregnant
