To renew high cholesterol medication through virtual care, you’ll need to provide:

• A photo of your most recent prescription label or a screenshot from medical records

• Lab results (lipid panel) from the past 12 months if requesting more than a 30-day supply

If results raise concerns, an in-person visit may be recommended.

• You are 18–64 years old

• You have a prior diagnosis of high cholesterol

• Your prescription has expired or you’re out of refills

• You do not need a dose change

• You’ve taken your medication within the past 6 months

• You are not pregnant
